Corrections

Accuracy is the brand. When Pulso gets something wrong, the error is corrected in the article itself, dated, and noted in the correction log at the foot of the piece. Silent edits to published substance do not happen here.

How corrections work

  1. A reader or the board flags a possible error, with a source.
  2. The board checks the claim against the primary source.
  3. If the piece was wrong, the text is corrected and the log entry states what changed and when.
  4. Typographical fixes that do not change meaning are made without a log entry.

To flag an error, write to the publisher through the masthead page and name the article and the claim. Flags with sources are acted on first.
